About the role
In this exciting role you will be responsible to helping our customers over the phone and occasionally via email ensuring that all requests and queries we receive are managed in a professional and timely way. The work will be varied and you will be kept busy as you strive to deliver a 1 st class service whilst following established best practice and departmental procedures, referring for assistance when needed.
You will be given all the systems training you need and plenty of opportunity to shadow colleagues prior to going live on the phones, followed by continued support as you grow into the role and earn your stripes! After that, the world is your oyster as you look to develop your career.

This role is for 36 Hours – between 8am – 6pm ( 8 hours a day) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday and 4 hours on a Wednesday between the hours of 8am – 6pm on a rota basis

About you
This role is all about people so we need someone who can build relationships quickly and effortlessly, can understand and take ownership the customer query and then provide a satisfactory outcome. That's it in a nut shell!
You will be a real ‘people' person who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills whilst under an element of pressure in a busy environment. Whether that has been in a contact center or retail based, we don't mind. What you will need to bring is the confidence and customer focused attitude with an unswerving dedication to making sure that following an interaction with you, all customers are 100% satisfied.
