Role Description and purpose

The GN Italy team is made of 12 people covering the Group's internal clients with reference to AM products and services. Main responsibilities: sales development and advisory vis-a-vis clients' central functions as well as sales animation and training to Retail/Wealth Management/IFAs networks on the territory.

GN Italy, REGIONAL SALES

The GN Italy team is divided in 2 sub-teams, one (SDA) liaising with BNL central functions to both advise them on the product range and develop new products and services (Sales Development & Advisory), the second one (SN) offering sales animation on the territory (Regional Sales network).

The regional sale manager (RSM) will be in charge of the training and the animation activities on the ground through the BNL Italian network, cross on Retail/Wealth Management/IFAs channels, focusing on 2/3 Regions and liaising (also directly) with the heads of the local entities.

All the RSMs need to share activities and purpose and they must be interchangeable if requested.

key responsibilities

•Contribution to Head of Sales GN Italy in managing the relationship with 2/3 Regions of BNL, with responsibility over both Private Banking, Retail and FAs Channels

•Responsible of training and supporting the BNPPAM product range dedicated to all the 3 BNL channels through all the distribution channels, including Cardif Vita

•Responsible for develop directly the digital tools supporting the commercial network of BNL and their contents with an active a proposal approach

•Responsible for the creation of presentations useful for the training and supporting activity and contribute to the creation of marketing kit

•Responsible for the understanding and the communication regarding the performance review of BNPPAM range offer

•Responsible of supporting BNL on commercial, technical and communication issues related to products promoted/managed by BNPP AM

•Contribution to achieving budget of BNL DCPB

Key Internal /External Relationships

Internal: Front Office, Marketing, Fund Development, BNPPAM Procurement Market Data Support, Fund Managers, Product specialists, Client Service, IT (Front-Office Tools, Benchmark tools, Smart GPS, etc.), Risk Management, Middle-Offices

External: BNL and Cardif central teams (Info desks, Advisory desks, product marketing teams, commercial heads, ...)

Role Requirements

Essential qualifications & experience

Previous relevant experience in a similar role, played either in an AM firm or on the buy-side (sales/marketing/Advisory in a bank on investment thematic, min. 3-5y)

Essential skills/competencies (TEchnical / behavioural / leadership)

· Good in English (written & spoken), French is a plus

· Ready to travel extensively in Italy

· Good use of the Office package (power point, excell)

· Strong commercial attitudes and excellent public speaking skill

· Good planning and organization skills

· Proactive and collaborative approach
