To serve and process operations for the 13,000 Corporate and Institutional Clients based in 57 countries, BNP Paribas CIB relies on its IT & Operations (ITO) departments.

Built in 2012 from Capital Markets and Corporate Banking ITO teams, ITO Client Management regroups more than 1200 employees present in 38 countries.

Client Management is a department focused on the Client and its main mandate is to provide him with high quality and services according to its needs and expectations, while being aligned with CIB Businesses' strategies.

Client Management department covers Operations and Transformation teams. All these teams share a common motto: create added value for Clients while protecting the Bank.

CLM COO Office

Within CLM COO Office, the mandate of the Alteryx / SQL Developer is to support CLM management in the execution of CLM strategy, contributing mainly to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of automated tools, while respecting CLM values.

Role & Responsibilities:

Support CLM management in the development / automation of internal tools for purposes such as activity checks, reconciliation, alert management, reporting / dashboarding, etc.

Collection of requirements

·
Contributing to the specifications and design

·
Validation of solution with key stakeholders

·
Automation / execution of the specifications

·
Documentation of the architecture and user guides if required

·
Training users and other parties

·
Act ethically, respecting BNP Paribas CIB values, rules and compliance directives.

Profile:

·
Business School or Master's Degree in IT studies or Engineering School

·
Fluent in English (writing and speaking) mandatory

·
Knowledge of SQL and willingness to learn Alteryx

·
Autonomous, capable of initiatives, highly organised, able to multi-task, fast-learner, pro-active;

·
Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and to manage time accordingly

·
Strong written, presentation and verbal communication

·
Mastery of project management methodologies and tools is a plus

·
Energetic, proactive, determined, drives change, positive, solution oriented, goal focused and consistent

·
Capable of flexibility towards the different tasks that may be delegated to him/her
