Job Description

ORGANIZATIONAL PLACEMENT

In charge of Sales Force project delivery OTIF, with implementation across HQ and subsidiaries.

ACTIVITIES

· Attend to project design phase to build project blue print and objectives
· Manage project scheduling and implementation plan
· In charge of project Quality, Cost and Delivery and relevant project status reporting
· Responsible to drive change mgt across organizations to secure project deployment and key process owners coordination
· Coordinate Issue Resolution and field service process owners (internal and external) to achieve results
· Drive project governance and communication
· Manage train the trainers session to onboard local key users
· Cooperate with IT project manager to achieve UAT and project roll out
· Grant transversal alignment to secure SalesForce solution interfaces with IoT, IA and knowledge mgt
· Available to travel across subsidiaries for project roll out
· Responsible for project and process training coordination and delivery..
· Respect Company’s policy and procedures and ensure team appliance without compromises.
· Set the standards, leading by example.
· Handle any other activities assigned by hierarchy based upon the organisational requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

· Project Mgt, Lean
· Working in autonomy and decision making
· Communication skill with behaviour on customer relationship and customer oriented approach
· Fluency in written and spoken English
