Job Description

ORGANIZATIONAL PLACEMENT

In charge of IoT Service Innovation project delivery, with implementation across HQ and subsidiaries.

ACTIVITIES

Participate in company’s service strategy definition

Build brand awareness and positioning of new Biesse Digital Service portfolio – based on Sophia capabilities

Manage Sophia go-to-market execution, in detail:

· Collaborate with Marketing Team to manage Sophia communication (both internal and external) and in preparing press releases, speeches for fairs and press conferences
· Collaborate with Automation Team and BPM to prepare and handle Sophia Demo at industry fairs
· Collaborate with Marketing and Service Sales Force
· Prepare documentation for Training Sales Force, Service and Field Force
· Provide training within Biesse Headquarter and Subsidiaries
· Collaborate with Sophia PMO stream owner to verify Business Unit readiness and be aligned on new developments
· Propose and manage periodic internal and external workshop to generate service ideas

Collaborate with Marketing in managing events, communications and promotions around Sophia

Promote and orchestrate cross functional collaboration within Biesse organization, business units and subsidiaries

Build and grow the Biesse innovation ecosystem, managing relationships and promoting partnerships with start-ups and digital industry experts to drive innovation and to find complementary capabilities; also foster partnerships and collaborations with universities and research institutes

Collect voice of the customer and drive new digital service product deployment, in coordination with HQ Service and product teams

REQUIREMENTS

Project Mgt, Lean Techniques

Working in autonomy and decision making

Communication skills with behaviour on customer relationship and customer oriented approach

Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages are preferred
