Job Description

Ensuring that each department has the necessary equipment, facilities and materials needed to operate. Liaison with visiting counter parts on their program as such workshops and meetings for Regional Business Unit/Visitor Survey, identify and raised day/monthly operational and administration related requests or purchases (eg, stationary and office supplies, PPE, manpower request, office furniture, repair and maintenance of site buildings, utilities, and etc.) in order to maximize utilization of internal stock and minimize unnecessary expenses. Management of expenses by Admin department to ensure the costs of providing services to plant/site are kept to optimum level. Collating and sorting all invoices for approval and submission to the shared service centre. To assist in maintaining and up keeping the cleanliness and safeness of the Admin Building, Guard House, Canteen, Plant and BASF surrounding. Responsible for a diverse range of administrative and general office support services functions includes monitoring of stationary and other office supplies, toiletries, refreshments, uniforms, safety shoes and printing materials. (eg. Business cards, Diary requisition) Evaluate and review the courier service performance and rate periodically to ensure quality service and reasonable rates are being provided to the Plant/Site To assure all concur Claim Expenses that submitted by staff is checked and recorded before send to F&A, follows the guide line given by Finance Arrangement of Site Management Meeting Keep proper filing record for administration/site service department


SPM or Diploma holder Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in an admin role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Able to speak well in English and Bahasa Malaysia Must be able to be based in Pasir Gudang and work in a 6 months contract.
