Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our international team is responsible for the administrative activities in the areas of (standard) Reporting, Organizational Management, HR Master Data, Performance Management and Employee Development at BASF throughout the EMEA region.

·  You compare the data from our various IT systems, prepare them and advise our partners on any questions.
·  Moreover, you work closely with our local HR business partners in Europe and our internal service departments in Berlin and make sure that BASF regulations and defined regulations are taken into account.
·  In addition, you ensure up-to-date documentation and further development of the HR knowledge base by actively contributing to the intensive exchange of information and experience in the team.
·  In this framework, you maintain Master Data and assignments in SAP and advise our partners on the topics of Organizational Management and HR Master Data.
·  You are the first person of contact for interface topics on SuccessFactors.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or ideally a Degree with a Business background.
·  Moreover, you are familiar with the MS Office programs and can quickly adapt to our new HR systems.
·  Ideally, you have first SAP user knowledge and experience in dealing with reporting systems.
·  In conversations and presentations you are able to convince our partners in German and English and ideally also bring along another European language.
·  You stand out for you conscientious and structured way of working, a high degree of personal responsibility and absolute reliability.
