What you can expect

·  Delivering a confidential, comprehensive and efficient service, you will be responsible for the preparation of all relevant internal HR documentation including contracts of employment, offer letters and onboarding activities.
·  Liaison with external providers, for example but not limited to; outsourced payroll, pensions, benefits & fleet car provider.
·  You will be the first point of contact for all general HR related queries and responsible for signposting managers and employees towards the appropriate policies and procedures.
·  You will be confident in generating reports from the HR systems.
·  Assist in all payroll changes and queries, escalating to third party provider where necessary.
·  Organise and maintain employee files and updating of all HR related systems.

What we expect

Experienced HR Administrator/Assistant with a great attention to detail. Previous experience within a similar role in HR is essential, as you will need to be effective from day one.  You will be able to support the HR Manager in providing an excellent HR service to our Managers and Employees.  A high level of numeracy, with the ability to use this skill effectively in Microsoft Excel is essential together with experience of monthly payroll processing and sign-off.  You have an excellent ability to communicate well with employees on all levels and are fully capable of developing and maintaining good relationships.  You will have a positive attitude, and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of HR.  A full UK driving licence is desirable as there may be limited UK travel required.
