Job description

The Intermediates Division develops, produces and markets a comprehensive range of intermediate products, such as amines, diols, polyalcohols, acids and specialties. The intermediate products are used, for example, as raw materials for fuels, pharmaceuticals, textiles, cleaning agents and pesticides. Our innovative products contribute to improving the properties of the end products and the efficiency of the manufacturing processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Engineering & Maintenance technical units are responsible for managing and implementing all technical services for the production plants in Ludwigshafen.

·  You will plan investment projects and equipment changes while handling the process of these changes and projects.
·  In the process, you will assist the production plants with your expertise in technical and conceptual matters.
·  You will also manage and procure technical goods and planning services.
·  Furthermore, you will participate in the optimization of production processes and will have the opportunity to further advance your skills and expertise, while making an active contribution to the company's success.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  You have a degree in process engineering or mechanical engineering.
·  Additionally, you also have knowledge and practical experience in project management.
·  You work in a manner geared toward real-world practice in an interdisciplinary team, thereby building successful customer relationships.
·  Last but not least, you have good German and English language skills, so you can be responsive toward others and communicate openly even in challenging situations.
