·  Lead Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) development in Asia Pacific by closely cooperating with global platform and operational maintenance, and drive for practical CMMS / SAP PM solutions to optimize maintenance processes and relevant SAP PM implementation in Asia Pacific Main Tasks:
·  Develop regional technical rules, operational manuals and guidelines for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and relevant SAP PM implementation in Asia Pacific
·  Lead & implement CMMS / SAP PM improvement initiative by closely cooperating with global platform and operational maintenance, and drive for practical solutions to optimize maintenance processes and relevant SAP implementation in Asia Pacific
·  Develop CMMS / SAP PM training & e-learning concept and materials, by properly optimized into maintenance process, and lead regional experience exchange and individual training workshops
·  Provide CMMS / SAP PM consulting services, and carry out trouble shootings with operational maintenance; Identify and consolidate CMMS / SAP PM development demand
·  Contribute global CMMS / SAP PM business process discussion & optimization, and actively support functional and conceptual development of maintenance processes and CMMS / SAP PM consulting services in global network as representative of Asia Pacific
·  Monitor CMMS / SAP PM usage status and identify improvement needs in Asia Pacific and work out customized solutions together with global platform and operational maintenance.
·  Lead regional CMMS / SAPPM Key User community and support functions for experience exchange and expertise support, and support Asia Pacific Technical Community
·  Coordinate and support new SAP system implementation
·  Contribute E&M IT Change requests, and E&M IT projects, esp. demand management, business case preparation and use testing etc.
·  Support relevant business trouble shooting, training, consulting, optimization and implementation of SAP PS, MM (Tech. Materials & Services) and PPM etc.
·  Develop customized CMMS solutions to small sites without SAP PM, e.g., Microsoft Office templates etc.
·  Support technical cost classification and reporting by practical SAP PM solutions
·  Other tasks as assigned by the Company Requirements:
·  Bachelor’s degree or above in technical and engineering
·  At least 2 year CMMS / SAP PM professional experience in chemical industry is needed, and additional plant maintenance management experience is highly appreciated
·  Familiar with master data e.g. FL, EQ, BOM & PvM
·  Expertise in planning & scheduling in SAP PM
·  An excellent understanding of the interactive of SAP PM/MM/PS/FICO
·  Basic understanding of GWOS or similar application
·  Basic knowledge of BW
·  Experience of SAP S/4 HANA is a plus
·  Fluent written and oral English are basic, and good communication skills are needed
