Job description



Job Purpose

Help the Reward Team to provide support, advice and guidance to the business and HR in Reward matters across AXA IM entities. Support the team in providing analysis and managing various compensation processes for all entities across the world. Key Accountabilities (4-8 key responsibilities describing “what” , “how” and “why” ) The intern will participate to various processes impacting the team as follows:

Reward
• Provide analysis and participate in providing updates on Reward topics
• Assist with various reporting requirements (Finance, Regulators, Compliance, …)

Compensation Review
• Assist with the management of the annual compensation review process;, analysis of compensation budgets and allocation of salary pools, ensuring letter production and payroll process runs smoothly.

AXA IM & AXA LTI programs monitoring

• Update LTI databases
• Produce Individual LTI Statements including information on vesting and valuations
• Provide HR Operational teams with necessary information regarding annual LTI vesting & payments.
• Provide quarterly reporting to Finance on LTI plans
• Contribute to the preparation of LTI documentations • During sale window, monitor the sale of AXA IM shares
• Maintain LTI management tool

Market Data
• Provide support and advice to HR Business Partners during the actual job matching process and on an ongoing basis throughout the year with regards to employee benchmarking.

Others:
• Contribute to Reward and other transversal HR analysis and projects
• Assist the Reward team in the development of Reward, policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

Education/Qualifications
• Higher education

Knowledge and Skills
• Fluent French & English oral and written
• MS Office (Word, Excel).

• Good organisation skills, able to manage time effectively and work on a variety of ongoing tasks
