Job description



The Communication team oversees Internal and External communication that includes Web and social media management as well as events (internal and external events, sponsorship) social media (LinkedIn, Twitter primarily). The team is part of the Marketing and Communication function and reports to the COO of AXA IM – Real Assets. A small and fast paced team, it is composed by two senior and one junior members. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to get exposed to the full communication spectrum and work closely to each member of the team, getting involved in day to day activities, planning and execution. The candidate might also get involved in projects that involve close collaboration with other departments, such as Legal & Compliance, Client Capital Group, Asset Management, Fund Management etc.

The marketing team is responsible for producing the corporate marketing and product marketing literature, providing content for clients communication, presentations, brochures but also events and sponsorship. The team also manages a series of sponsored and proprietary events, alongside awards, rankings, surveys.

1. The main responsibilities of the role:
• Produce editorial content for both internal and external purposes
• Organise and contribute to all types of corporate events including, dedicated to clients, staff gatherings, Assets Tours, New joiners specific initiatives, ad hoc internal meetings, Global Investor Seminar and any ad hoc external events
• Organise Webinars
• Assist on updating and implementing of corporate marketing such as flyers, brochures and corporate presentation
• Collaborate on the execution of relevant communication campaigns and events
• Proofreading
• Assist with the preparation of newsletters and report
