The Department

GIE HR department counts 25 HR professionals working on recruitment / mobility, development and career management of over 800 employees at AXA headquarter.

You shall work closely with the HR Business Partner, in charge of the full scope of Group Risk Management & Group Insurance Office: a dynamic, multicultural and innovative central management unit serving the Group and its entities, which combines both human scale and international dimensions.

Your role and responsibilities will be mainly

HRBP support

With instructions of your HRBP and liaising with different teams in GIE HR, you will contribute in making employees' experience smoother by:

· Organizing and assisting upon request, interviews with employees, managers and external people
· Coordinating with HR support team to manage administration aspects of recruitment, mobility, exit etc.
· Analyzing requests received from managers & employees and providing them with the right contact / advice
· Creating and implementing key HR processes regarding recruitment, development, mobility etc. for managers; Based on their feedback, building a FAQ
· Leading quantitative and qualitative statistic studies on staff evolution, their profiles, market benchmarks etc.

Global HR projects

In line with our Global HR strategy and Business needs, you will contribute in engaging & developing our Talent worldwide by:

Building and maintaining an efficient framework & platform that helps identify our Talent worldwide

· Introducing relevant criteria and implementing solid & simple processes
· Liaising with stakeholders that need to be involved worldwide (HRBPs, Managers etc.) to launch and follow up the processes; Regularly getting their feedback to improve

Launching Talent development programs, preparing the documents and networking with all need-to-be-involved stakeholders

Profile :



For this position with a strong international component, you must have fluent English especially in written. An experience abroad is appreciated.

You are in the last year of Business School or University in HR Master or in Sciences Po and you're highly motivated in exploring a both strategic & operational HR function in a complex and challenging environment.

You are curious and a fast leaner, methodic and creative; you take initiatives, like fixing issues in a pragmatic manner.
