Job description



As the HR PMO for the Group HR Social Relations's team, your main mission will be:

· To provide support to and Group Head of Social Relations in the Group HR team;
· To undertake project management of specific projects in this area;

Core activities:

The job contains 2 main elements: an executive support component, and a project management component:

· The executive support component encompasses a wide range of tasks, from administrative to strategic, requiring execution of ad-hoc requests, coordination, communication, etc. within the scope of Axa Social relations;
· The project management component requires the coordination of or assistance in specific strategic HR projects, working with a project sponsor, owner, or fellow team member.

Key accountabilities:

Main activities and responsibilities for the executive support components:

· Assist in the preparation of agenda and ensure presentation materials are prepared as required, liaising with all necessary stakeholders and presenters, and ensure appropriate follow-up after each meeting.
· These can include European social coordination meetings with HRDs, employees relations officers, European Works Council Bureau and Plenary meetings, monthly Employees Relations calls, MC meetings when HR matters are discussed.
· Provide input and assist the managers in the preparation of presentation materials for various governance bodies which can include: the European Works Council,
· Contribute to the Employees relations activities : prepare all the relevant documents and follow up on main topics and agendas, analysis, benchmarkings with others companies
· Act as a contact point for the AXA HR as well as for the Head of Group Employees Relations, identifying and making the appropriate links between people, teams, departments, and entity contacts to ensure efficient communication, teamwork and execution.
· Support in tracking budget spend and invoice payment, in close collaboration with the PAs.

Main activities and responsibilities for the project management component:

· Efficiently coordinate and contribute to projects or initiatives defined by the managers, effectively interact in an international and virtual environment and conduct the follow-up of accompanying action plans

Qualifications :

Background and experience:

·  Project management skills, consciencous about quality and accuracy of work provided;
·  Time management and organization skills;
·  Result and execution orientation;
·  Flexible and able to work on several topics at the same time;
·  Proactive and able to challenge the status quo;
·  Masters both languages: French/English;
·  Advanced command of MS office and, in particular, advanced PowerPoint skills;

Soft skills and competencies:

·  Interpersonal skills – ease in interacting with staff at all levels;
·  Facilitation and coordination skills transversally;
·  Efficient and effective written and oral communication skills;
·  Ability to take initiative and listen;
