Job description



Traineeship Description:
This role is part of the Customer Experience Team, which manages Customer Service (CS) transformation projects and ensures proper project governance. The trainee will primarily support the performance management and KPIs monitoring whilst be given exposure of varying scale of project management.

Specific Responsibilities:

The trainee will

1.        Work with various CS functions through projects relating to cost efficiency and business outcomes.

2.       Involve in CS transformation projects and initiatives, gain experience in gathering business requirements/user stories/problem statements.

3.       Be guided to present insights within various processes/customer journeys/data sets in CS Division.

4.       Learn to design and build reports/dashboards using data visualisation tool such as Qliksense. 

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:

The trainee will

1.       Learn project management methodologies and governance.

2.       Learn data mining techniques and sharpen the skill of practical statistical analysis.

3.       Improve written and verbal communication skills in articulating performance tracking and updates.

4.       Enhance stakeholder management skills by collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams within Customer Service Division.
