Teams are responsible for developing and delivering and maintaining a range of digital products that are used across the service (like Telecare and Home Health Monitoring).

Job Description:

As a Software Developer working in the health service, you would contribute to the development and delivery of software solutions that are:

·  secure
·  reliable
·  efficient
·  scalable
·  cost effective

Depending on the needs and priorities of the organization, you may work on more than one project at a time. Software Developers usually work in a team with other Digital Professionals. The delivery team includes these roles:

·  a Product Owner
·  a Delivery Manager
·  a Solutions Architect
·  Software Developers
·  UX Designers
·  Content Designers

In your work activities you would be expected to:

·  review, maintain and improve current systems to add value and help the organization to provide an excellent service
·  produce clean, secure and efficient code that meets required standards and technical specifications
·  collaborate with other members of the service team throughout the software development life cycle
·  integrate software components with third-party applications
·  test, verify, debug and deploy software solutions and systems
·  prepare technical specifications and training manuals

What do we require

·  At least 2 years of experience in .NET Framework and VB.NET programming (or a basic knowledge for an entry level)
·  Understanding of good OOD and development practices, ideally connected with experience in using some forms of tests, continuous integration & delivery
·  Knowledge of the web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
·  Knowledge of the front-end technologies like AngularJS, React would be an advantage
·  ASP.NET MVC (the newer the better), Web API, WCF. Web Forms – with the desire to migrate to newer technologies
·  Knowledge of desktop/mobile technologies is a plus: WinForms (with the desire to learn WPF), WPF, ideally with some framework providing MVVM pattern
·  Practical knowledge related to databases: MSSQL or Oracle, knowledge of ORM frameworks like Entity Framework or Hibernate is a plus
·  Good analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
·  Languages: good command of English

 

The position will be located in one of our offices in: Wroclaw, Opole, Warsaw, Bydgoszcz, Cracow, Lodz or you can work from home.
