The Technical Application Specialist ensures a stable production and controlled implementation to production of new and / or modified processing products and prevent / resolve disturbances.

-Experience in the provision of technical application management on FO applications;

-Coordination and support of internal and external parties and suppliers, end-to-end testing;

-Drafting of acceptance criteria based on user / customer requirements (functional specifications);

-Preparation and assessment of technical and functional analyzes;

-The team members work together to create policies for the services to be provided;

-Advising Management;

-Providing consultancy to internal and external customers regarding the applications and test processes;

-Support new team members;

-Analyze incidents and implement solutions quickly;

-Being able to interpret terminal and payment protocols;

-Able to act under high pressure in the tension between the project and operations;

-Being able to formulate vision from the responsibility of the team;

-Can act in an international field, where communication is the key to success.

-Providing solutions on behalf of customer requests/incidents

Selection

-Completed Higher Vocational Education, or equivalent relevant experience;

-The Technical Application Specialist with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in an international and complex IT environment;

-Knowledge of Lean management methodologies, ITIL and Prince 2;

-Knowledge of and experience with Unix and linux or HP Nonstop and Base24;

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

-Service-oriented and customer-oriented attitude;

-Sensitivity to the organization;

-Pro-active attitude and both very well independently and in teams;

-Accurate, systematic and result-oriented work;

-Stress resistant.
