PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

 

·  Analyzes business requirements and defines technical/ functional solutions
·  Assesses various implementation scenarios and prioritizes competing business demands
·  Responsible for development, testing and deployment of automation workflows
·  Involved in RPA support & maintenance activities

 

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education

·  University degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or other technical education

Experience

·  Minimum 1 year of hands-on programming experience

Technical skills

·  Programming/ software development experience with C++, C# or VB is a plus
·  Basic Microsoft SQL knowledge is an advantage
·  Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript (or any scripting language) is an advantage
·  Prior experience with an RPA technology (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus
·  Process design and business improvement expertise (Lean Six Sigma) is a plus

Non-technical skills

·  Fluent in English (written and spoken)
·  Excellent communication, customer handling and inter-personal skills
·  Ability to adapt, prioritize work and meet deadlines
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Ability to evaluate multiple options before proposing a preferred solution
·  Ability to present ideas effectively

Proactive problem-solving abilities, think ahead and anticipate issues and solutions
