Mission :

PMO in direct report of the head of SRC&OP (Security, Risk, Compliance, Operational Performance) to manage the following activities:

·  Recurring
·  Implementation, analysis and reporting for time tracking and financials,
·  Manage (preparation, consolidation, dry run, action plan, attendance) periodical global and internal meetings,
·  On demand
·  Manage HR and Workforce changes,
·  Manage (methodology, design, implementation) local punctual controlling streams with short term outcomes,

 

Profile :

This job requires real skills in autonomy, adaptability, perseverance and also an experienced willingness and ability to achieve results.

Successful background for at least 5 years is expected in project management or coordination whether for customer project or in internal streams.

The working language is English.
