Description:

Assist with managing team assignments related to incident and requests for service.  Assign responsibilities to engineering staff. Prepare and present reports for upper management related to ongoing support and special projects.  He or she will work closely with management and Engineering staff to ensure ongoing support and special projects are completed on time and utilizing resources effectively.  He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure SLA’s are met and penalties are avoided.

Critical Experience:

·  Basic IT knowledge
·  Proven ability to rely upon limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
·  Able to perform a variety of overlapping and interdependent concurrent tasks.
·  Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
·  Ability to work as a team member, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Knowledge of ITIL, SDM12, SNOW.
·  Conversational English
·  Initiative and good learning abilities

Responsibilities:

·  Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
·  Ensure that all technical and development deliverables are completed as needed
·  Assist with managing resource availability and allocation to ensure ongoing support and project success
·  Managing the Task and incident queue, ensuring that the workload is distributed equitably
·  Assist the engineering team with gaining access into different environments
·  Attend Daily service review calls to ensure the team is appraised of any changes to the environment
·  Perform other related duties as assigned
·  Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and reports as needed
·  Escalation to the manager in case of doubt, issues, anticipated resource shortages
·  Arrange WBS for resources
