For Central Eastern Europe Business Unit (CEE GBU) we are looking for an intern PMO Officer based in Milan (m/f).

You will support the CEE Transformation Program in the Project Control, reporting to the Head of CEE Transformation, across all Atos Divisions and countries of the Region (Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Romania, etc.)

The transformation Program has the goal to enable and support the CEE region to reach 2020 ambition in line with Group Strategy, directly setting, steering and monitoring 11 strategic actions to improve 4 goals (Growth/Customer Focus, WFM, People, Efficiency)

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

· monitoring progress of key transformation deliverables interacting with “action owners” and Business stakeholders in the Countries and in the Divisions and maintaining the Internal Project Register
· To maintain appropriate KPI leveraging on existing reporting and set-up new analytics tool
· To contribute to presentation to the Management : give highlighted progress on strategic initiatives with evidence of main issues, risks and opportunities (including impact on financials and investments required);
· To directly facilitate the development of specific strategic action/s in a specific country and/or Division, in line with her/his background

SKILL & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Education

· Business Studies and/or Management Science, Engineering
· Previous international experience – is a plus

Background

· Project Management
· Economics , for a better understanding of main financial impact of the program actions;
· Analytical skills to show evidences/new trends thru fact based supporting relevant business decisions / formulating relevant proposals

Soft skills

· Excellent communication skills (including writing) to interact up to the top level of the organization in an effective way and interpersonal influence
· Intercultural ability and exposure to work effectively across the entire perimeter of the region
· Strong self-organizational skills and ability to work in a multi matrix organization
· Ability to work under pressure , with dynamic goals setting (in line with a service industry speed) and within schedule
· Team-worker whose working style is highly collaborative in nature.
· Promotes and demonstrates personal and professional development for self and others

Tools

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT), SharePoint is a plus

Languages :

· English – fluent
· German, Italian – is a plus
· Knowledge of other languages is an asset

WHAT WE OFFER:

Duration:12 months

Commitment:Full-time

Typer or contract: Erasmus + Traineeship (up to 12 months) or Internship (6 + 6 monhts)

Company “expenses reimbursement”:800 €
