Within Atos Italia's Business & Platform Solutions (B&PS) organization, we are looking for a Technical Leader who will be entrusted with the technical management of teams involved in design and development of web, batch and integration solutions based on JEE and Hadoop technologies.

This professional will join the Web Applications Competence Center as a:

JEE/Hadoop Technical Leader

Responsibilities will be inherent to:

· Analysis and design of web, batch and integration applications compliant with customer requirements and developed with JEE and Hadoop technology (e.g. Spark, HBase)
· Technical coordination of activities, interacting with the Project Manager and the rest of the team located in Italy and abroad
· Technical coordination of off-shore teams
· Support for proposals and business development activities
· Coaching for younger team members

Work experiences

· At least five years of application development on Java / JEE technology
· At least one year of application development on Spark / HBase technology
· At least three years of experience on functional analysis, requirements mapping and process design
· At least five years of technical design experience
· At least two years of experience in logical and physical database design
· At least three years of experience as a Technical Leader in a delivery team
· Knowledge of the Spring, Mybatis, Hibernate, JPA frameworks
· Knowledge of code versioning systems
· Knowledge of code quality metrics and Continuous Integration tools and methodologies
· Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaboration tools for development teams
· Familiarity with database optimization and standardization methods

The following skills are not mandatory but will be appreciated:

· Knowledge of the Retail sector and its processes
· Knowledge of design patterns, best practices, standards
· Familiarity with Linux shell-scripting

· Attitude to interaction with the customer
· Passion for innovation

Languages

· Excellent command of Italian
· Good command of spoken and written English

Education : adegree with a technical / scientific orientation is preferred (e.g. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics)
