Objective of the role

Be a key member of the Atos HR Operations team for Central & Eastern Europe. Act as a valuable HR Business Partner, working with senior business leaders and Country Service Line Heads across Atos CEE GBU.

 

Main responsibilities:

·  Play the role of HRBP Division SPOC in front of Atos Global HR/Global Divisions in order to execute key programmes and cascade Global HR priorities to CEE GBU.
·  Drive the People Equation for the respective division across CEE countries, including headcount growth and evolution, external hiring, attrition, redeployment, cost per HC, etc.
·  Lead and execute HR initiatives on CEE GBU level, e.g. Atos Expert Program
·  Support business leaders in the execution of various HR programmes, related to Talent Management, Key People, Learning & Development, C&B
·  Achieve results by cooperating closely and influencing Country HR Business Partners and Country HR Directors.

 

The profile we are looking for:

·  Solid experience in an international/global environment
·  At least 3 years of experience as HR Business Partner
·  Exceptional communication skills in English
·  Knowledge of German language is a strong advantage
·  Strong influencing skills
·  Ability to deal with complexity and be comfortable with change and ambiguity
·  Self-organized person with strong prioritization skills
·  MS Excel advanced user
