Your responsibilities and duties:

· To ensure E-commerce and 3D secure service daily support (24*7) in Latvia and Lithuania, keeping service availability according to clients SLAs and company rules and policies.
· To Install and maintain new software, releases, patches and updates of software in production environment in timely and planned manner;
· To create preventive measures and perform system daily monitoring and checking in order to identify and prevent potential service interruption.
· To provide technical consultations and Help Desk second line support for clients and partners according to company rules and policies;
· To follow upon VISA/MC/Amex requirements towards authorization systems and initiate changes if necessary;
· To communicate with suppliers to find the proper solutions for new products, solving Incidents and Problems, remediate noncompliance’s.

Candidate Requirements:
· Experience with application support and maintenance for at least 3 years;
· Basic Knowledge of Linux, Java and WEB software development;
· English language skills;
· Experience with online solutions is preferable;
· Experience with e-commerce and / or 3D authentication solutions would be a great advantage.
