Your skills

To nurture our collective energy, Arkema Rho is looking for an Accounting Officer (M/F).
You have a Master's degree in Business Economics with a strong experience in a structured organization and you are willing to further develop your career in an international environment
You have significant experience (5 years or more) in a similar role, dealing with analytical accounting and international integration. You are fluent in English and hopefully in French. You are an ERP/SAP expert.
Finally, you have strong communication and interpersonal skills, will be able to work with people from various backgrounds and accomplish with challenging targets. A good level of autonomy is required for the role.

Your responsibilities

Your main activities will be the following:

1) Accounting process
Ensure correct registration of all accounting entries in the relevant areas
Enter the manual entries of general accounting (provisions, depreciations…) after documentation review and cost impact
Monthly closing (P&L): consistency of IFRS Vs Legal Accounts, sites monitoring, actual vs budget
Monthly reporting, quarterly IFRS consolidation , annual Legal balance
Monthly closure: VAT (foreign VAT too), Intrastat, CONAI Tax, F24…
Registration of IRES/IRAP provisions
Ensure successfully execution of automatic payments and manage manual payments
Interfaces management: administrative functions, shared service center in Lyon, Management Control (both in France and in Italy) and Supply Chain functions (France); Group Finance head offices (France)
