Here at the Argos Customer Management Centre, we're in the business of making each customer's day just that little brighter than before. We get ample training, so we always know what we're talking about. And whatever our customers need, we're ready with the right response – whether they contact us over the phone or via live chat. From taking orders, to answering queries about products and deliveries – we're constantly working together to find new ways to improve our process, service & quality. We're here, we're ready – and we want you to get involved. We are more than just a contact centre, we are a customer management centre!

You can choose your contract size too. From 20 hours to 37.5 hours per week – the shifts are rotational, most include weekends, and are designed to give you a work/life balance. And the good news is that you don't need to have worked in a role like this before, you just need a passion for customer service.
