The Global Servicing Network (GSN) delivers extraordinary customer care to Card Members and merchants around the world, while providing world-class credit, collections and fraud services. In this area Global New Accounts (GNA) is a diverse, multicultural and dynamic department servicing nine key European markets. GNA main task is to ensure that the first experience customers have with American Express is one that demonstrates the principles of Relationship Care, whilst instilling trust, loyalty and most importantly security.

For our GNA Italian team based in Rome we are looking for a New Accouts Junior Customer Care Professional. The resource will be responsible of the following activities:
· Analyze and process Credit Card requests forms from different acquisition channels and relative to all Card products offered by American Express to Clients. The analysis will be performed through customer profile and risk assessment criteria according to the parameter established by Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Due Diligence legislation
· Support fraud risk assessment by activating prevention risk measures through American Express systems
· Support inbound and outbound calls activity to verify all the information required in order to process incoming new account requests
· Support internal stakeholders, like Legal and Compliance department, and external customers with respect of Company procedures and policy

Profilo richiesto

·  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of Access would be a plus
·  Very good Italian spoken and written
·  Good level of English, both spoken and written
·  Education: High school or Degree in Economics and/or Legal preferred

·  Self-motivated, detailed and analytical, team player
·  Ability to interact and communicate in a dynamic and changing environment
·  Ability to analyze, plan and cooperate with changing workload and priorities
·  Ability to manage and interact professionally with internal and external Clients (by telephone and in writing)
