The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities
· Create customer focused, on-brand design solutions that are visually engaging while meeting measurable business goals and requirements.
· Optimizing digital images for web
· Developing clean and effective graphic templates and style guides
· Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines
· Acting as design liaison between design and retail category business team
· Proactively manage your own work queue, time and expectations, meet deadlines and communicate needs and tradeoffs if your schedule is in jeopardy.
· Effectively translate business and marketing goals into compelling and inspiring content.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to problem-solving in the face of ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task.
· Experience working on non-BR cultures and marketplaces.
· Experience collaborating and working with international stakeholders.
· Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business priorities.
· Experience developing UX across different types of devices and screen sizes.
· Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team as projects need.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum experience in a web production environment
· BA/BS in Design or equivalent
· Ability to articulate rationale for design choices.
· Experience delivering quality work across multiple projects within a time-sensitive environment.
· Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
· Experience working across teams and synthesizing feedback from multiple teams/owners.
· Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
