Amazon’s Retail Team is looking for a dynamic and talented Vendor Recruitment Associate to achieve the business/operations goals for vendors in the Brazil marketplace. The associate will be responsible for bring new vendors to Amazon by negotiation terms with vendors, expand selection from the vendors, root causing supply chain issues, and develop business relationship with vendors in the long run.

The Vendor Recruitment Associate position offers an introduction to our online retail business and a broad training ground for future success. The successful associate is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver, and is able to balance the needs and requirements of both Amazon.com and strategic vendors. He or she must be able to effectively drive operational metrics, meet the SLAs and exceed ambitious business goals by engaging with internal business and operations partners.”

Core Responsibilities
· Source and recruit new vendors to Amazon by using industry metrics, market knowledge and attending to segment specific events.
· Own the onboarding process for each vendor from initial welcome email to first product receipt.
· Work with the vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools.
· Work with the vendors to improve selection, profitability and help their business grow
· Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of their products.
· Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion.
· Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers.

O time de Varejo da Amazon Brasil está em busca de um/a Assistente de Desenvolvimento de Novas Contas para atingir as metas de negócios e operações dos fornecedores na sua plataforma de Varejo. A/O Assistente será responsável pela expansão de seleção de categoria, desenvolvimento do relacionamento com os fornecedores a longo prazo e gestão de melhorias de cadeia de suprimentos.

Esta posição oferece uma introdução à nosso negócio de Varejo online e é um treinamento de base para sucesso futuro no departamento. Para ser bem sucedido/a nesta vaga, você deve ser boa/bom ouvinte, se comunicar com eficiência e ter habilidade de solucionar problemas. É também importante saber balancear as necessidades e requisitos dos fornecedores estratégicos e da Amazon.com. Você deverá estar apta/o para lidar com metricas operacionais, atingir as metas e exceder os objetivos de negócio, se engajando com os clientes internos e parceiros operacionais.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS degree or certificate of completion of studies
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel
· SQL and VBA knowledge is a plus
· Experience in cold calling, prospecting and qualifying sales candidates.
· Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tool.
· Inside sales or Client management experience, preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, SaaS, Business Process Outsourcing, HiTech or software industries.

· Graduação superior completa;
· Habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita, de forma efetiva para todos os níveis da organização;
· Proficiência avançada em Excel;
· Conhecimento SQL e VBA será um diferencial;
· Experiência em prospecção, e qualificação de fornecedores em vendas;
· Experiência com Salesforce.com ou outra ferramenta de CRM;
· Experiência com vendas internas pou gestão de clientes, preferencialmente em eCommerce, Varejo, SaaS, processos de terceirização de negócios, HiTech ou indústrias de tecnologia.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Work experience / internships in any of the following areas: operations, key account management, business development, supply chain, merchandising, retail, project management, startups.
· Fluency in Portuguese language requireed;
· Minimum - ongoing bachelors degree.
