Recruiter, Student Programs

In this role, you will:
· Manage the candidate experience, including the interview, feedback and selection process, fly-back coordination and team participation, the formulation and extension of offers, facilitation of new hire placements into work groups, processing of relocation and immigration initiations
· Prepare and deliver all offers to candidates, track the offers and manage all candidate preparation for new hire processes including but not limited to offer management, on-boarding process, internship management, and placements
· Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
· Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements
· Partner with the University Program owner to ensure all full-time and intern hiring goals are achieved

Desired profile


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree
· 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in high volume and high hiring bar environment (corporate and prior university recruiting preferred)
· Experience in building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
· Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
· A demonstrated passion for recruiting and providing amazing customer service
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Track record of success in managing projects and programs in a fast pace, complex and ever changing work environment
· The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
· Solutions focused and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
· Strong internal and external customer service focus
· The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
· Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence
· Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships, interface, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
· Passion for innovative HR/Recruiting solutions and process improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years recruiting experience
· Must have experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and Internet research.
· CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
· MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
