Research Operations Analyst, Consumer Insights (L4)
The Amazon Studios Consumer Insights team is looking for someone who will take on an operational market research role alongside logline writing for Amazon Originals. This role will primarily work on logline writing, survey programming, QAing survey links and data processing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, consumer research, and entertainment.
Responsibilities:
The role will provide custom programming support to the Global Consumer Insights team at Amazon Studios. Responsibilities include:
· Write loglines for early stage concept testing (training provided using proprietary approach)
· Own Amazon's concept test reporting and data transfer mechanisms
· Monitor participation rates; prep assets and file conversions; manage quality control; process data (weighting, cross-tabbing, applying statistical significance, and table creations); and incentive management
· Manage troubleshooting for logic and programming issues in survey setup
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BS/BA from accredited 4 year university.
· 1+ years of professional experience in the market research field
· Strong written and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams
· Experience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys
· Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
· Bachelor's degree
