Job Description
· Serve as a key member of the China Commercial inside sales team in helping to drive AWS marketing, sales, and technical/solutions strategies for the focus industries, such as Gaming, AdTech, Retail, e-commerce and FSI…
· Focus on new customer development and solutions package. Create business development plans for middle market territory and ensure these plans are in line with the industries strategy
· Work closely with industry BD team, Partner, Marketing including Digital Marketing, Sales and Operation teams across the organization to understand the needs of each industries and fully leverage the resource to package solution and execute the plans
· Design various programs to drive the result in inside team and demand generation team, such as: new customer acquisition/ cross selling & upselling/prospecting day/industry partner program/digital marketing program…
· Manage the entire lifecycle of the programs you are responsible for, including showing operations success and developing on further iterations.
· Understand and actively utilize salesforce.com and other internal Amazon systems to manage reporting, tracking, measuring, analysis,
· Prepare and deliver data-driven reviews to the senior management about progress, achievements, and roadblocks in programs

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 7-10+ years of sales management/ program management, digital marketing management. Understand the inside sales organization, demand generation organization and digital marketing basic principles.
· Proven ability to work cooperatively with ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, and Business Development teams, including strategic partners and ISVs
· Demonstrated ability to interact with executives across external and internal to both understand their requirements, to discuss proposed programs and to present the result
· Operational sense, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping focus on execution and delivering results consistently.
· Good presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
· Knowledge of Cloud computing,
· Strong verbal and written communications skills are must, as well as leadership skills.
· Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities in the face of ambiguity.
· Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business, operation or related field.
