Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Project Management Specialist (m/f/x), who is supporting the international marketplaces and functional teams across Audible.
The role is located in Customer Service and a vital part of the global Program Management team – we define customer obsession and design effortless customer experiences.
As the ideal candidate, you will have an excellent proven understanding of Program Management methodologies. You are well structured paired with first-class, interpersonal and communication skills to define, plan and execute engaging and smart Customer Service projects.

Main responsibilities:
· Contribute to the strategy of our international Customer Service, it´s departments and markets, own the roadmap
· Own Customer Service project planning and implementation as assigned
· Communicate changes to internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed quickly and effectively
· Determine and refine strategy and procedures for the Customer Service Program Management group's work with internal customers
· Manage staff and resource allocations to ensure that all project timelines are met with minimal cost and the best use of all resources involved
· Balance daily tasks and work to ensure you're minimizing risk and maximizing time available
· Work with business partners to ensure the needs of all internal Customer Service teams are met; ferociously defend your stakeholders but ensure you build the right relationships

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Your profile:
· 3+ years of experience in a project / program management role in a fast-moving environment (E-Commerce, Online Media or similar)
· Relevant educational or occupational background, e.g. Bachelor's degree, occupational training or similar
· Project Management experience with previous experience in process driven project implementation
· Ability to work with various business partners in order to ensure the best product reaches our customers
· Ability to work in an organized, structured and self-driven manner
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Analytical mindset, paired with the ability to clearly document relevant KPI's
· Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
