This individual will be responsible for implementing, improving, and tracking the Training and Compliance Program.

Responsibilities include:
· Assist in development and delivery of a comprehensive curriculum for all technicians
· Ensure curriculum cohesiveness
· Incorporate industry standards into all training programs
· Provide hands-on coaching to personnel
· Develop and maintain Training and Compliance health and performance metrics
· Conduct necessary audits

A successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading Training and Compliance for highly complex products in the aerospace, aviation maintenance or automotive industries. The right candidate will also be a strong leader who prioritizes well and communicates effectively.

Export Control License
This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon's ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 4 year Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Education, Curriculum Development, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Technology
· 4+ years of deploying curriculum and tracking training requirements in a diverse manufacturing environment
· 6+ years' experience with quality and manufacturing operations in support of delivering high quality and compliant parts in the aviation or automotive industries
· 3+ years' experience developing and deploying curriculum for the fabrication, assembly, and/or the inspection of electronics, wiring harnesses, machined parts, coatings and/or composite products in an aerospace environment
· 6+ years' experience facilitating training, conducting performance audits, issuing corrective actions, and ensuring accountability and compliance across a production system
· 5+ years of Project Management Experience
· experience working with internal customers and leveraging interpersonal skills to influence others
· Proficiency in M/S Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
