Operation Analyst

DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
· Verifying performance files
· Preparing periodicity reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
· Providing multi-perspective performance analysis for management decision making.
· Providing competitor's news and industry trends
· Suggesting solutions to management how to maximize performance trend.
· Improving workflow and developing standard process
· Collaborating with different departments to help find ways to create cost-effective operation processes.
· Assisting to communicate with both finance team and vendors
· Processing cost accounting stuff for HQ finance team.
· Reconciling HQ's payment with vendors.
· Preparing cost related requirements for HQ's audit.
· To support ad-hoc assignment as required

Basic Qualifications:
· 5 years above accounting or cost/operation management related experience ( big-4 accounting firm experience is plus)
· Accounting or Business background a must
· Strong communication skills in English & Chinese
· Self-driven, motivated, and willing to take on challenges in a very fast-paced environment
· Effective in managing multiple tasks and priorities
· Ability to cooperate with team members and meet the deadlines
· Good analytical and interpersonal skills
