Job description


We are looking for a full-time Office coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. The Office Coordinator works extensively with the Facilities Coordinator to be a key contributor to the efficiency and flow of the company. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, have a knack for problem solving and enjoy helping others.

· Greet and provide accommodations to all guests upon arrival
· Sell Ring product to customers who stop by
· Help coordinate and set up weekly catering events
· Maintain the stock levels for office and conference room supplies
· Assist with new employee on-boarding – setting up key fobs and door access
· Be a trusted colleague and the go-to person for our team
· Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office
· Create monthly office newsletter
· Receive and distribute packages when necessary
· Maintain a clean, inviting and friendly environment for customers
· Support the Office Manager and Facilities team
· Assist Office Manager with travel coordination such as booking flights, hotels and local transportation
· Additional responsibilities as assigned (maintaining team culture, overseeing facilities, and corporate events, etc.)
· Lift and pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Ideal candidate profile


· 1+ year experience as an office coordinator or administrator role
· 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Suite and G-Suite
