RESPONSIBILITIES

Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you:

· Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs.
· Leverage your customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve our services.
· Drive customer communication during critical events.
· Learn and use groundbreaking technologies.
· Interact with leading technologists around the world.

You will be responsible for delivering great customer experience on a range of AWS technologies like:

· Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)
· Simple Storage Service (S3)
· Auto Scaling
· Elastic Load Balancing (ELB)
· CloudFront
· Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience as a Sys Admin in Linux/ Unix.
· Fluent in DNS, DHCP, TCP/UDP, IP addressing.
· Virtualization and/or cloud computing experience.
· Good understanding of security best practices.
· Impeccable communication skills to successfully engage with customers.
· Previous experience in a support role with proven customer satisfaction.
· Troubleshooting skills at many levels of complexity.
· Ability to work either on Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat schedule.
