Providing both specific HR expertise and a long-term culture vision, the HRBPwill be a pivotal role in our strategic growth plan.

To be successful, you must understand the business units you are supporting. You'll need strong analytical skills, delegation skills, and the ability to translate client business plans and goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Success in creating and driving effective employee relations, retention and reward programs

• The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"

• A stellar solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
