DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate, insightful, results-oriented business analyst to join Physical Stores HR team.
You should be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. You will be comfortable thinking big and diving deep. A proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Define and develop business critical metrics and reports across all business groups in Physical Stores
· Own alignment and standardization of analytical initiatives across the Physical Stores
· Own key executive reports and metrics that are consumed by our VPs and Directors
· Provide thought leadership in business deep dives across a variety of key performance indicators
· Partner with central HR analytics team to leverage products and solutions built by them.
· Translating data into actionable insights for the stakeholders.
· Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses
· Provide ad-hoc or special project data analysis to HR and business leaders that enable them to achieve their goals, drive decision making and create new strategies where necessary
· Gather, manage, and evaluate large datasets from multiple sources
· Build and maintain strong partnerships across HR and the business

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
· 5+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role
· Knowledge of data processing and analysis using one of R or Python
· Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
· Proven problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
· 3+ years of professional experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role
· Knowledge of data processing and analysis using SQL
· Experience working with atleast any one of Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Power BI, or other data visualizations software
