As e-commerce leader, Amazon reinvents its business and processes continuously. To drive these changes, Amazon is constantly on the lookout for talents. We are looking for smart, pro-active and customer oriented individuals to join our Amazon Finance Internship Program in Italy,Milan office.

During a 6 months internship at Amazon, you will play a significant role creating a best-in-class seller and customer experience. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will be required to work autonomously, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.

The candidate will help supporting the finance team in the partnership with business to improve the controllership of the marketplace. The candidate will specifically support the finance team in investigating key business drivers for the Marketplace working with the finance team to build tools and dashboards that help the business team in identifying what are the key business levers. The candidate will also support the team in the implementation of the monitoring tools to measure the success of suggested actions.

A proper training program will be implemented in order to allow the selected candidate to learn which are the most used tools & practices used by the team.

Internships will start in June 2019.

Candidate profile:
We are looking for analytical, data driven and detail oriented Italian and English speaker talents, with great sense of ownership, willingness to learn fast and with great enthusiasm for e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be innovative and team oriented, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities

Basic Qualifications:
· Excellent academic records;
· Extremely analytical and passionate about e-commerce;
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English;
· Ability to learn fast and successfully manage multiple projects at one time;
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
