Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Systems Integrator and Influencers partner team is growing and we are seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Directors as they scale their businesses. This exciting role requires superior calendaring and prioritization skills, attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, tremendous organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests simultaneously. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. The ability to think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively are critical for success in this role. Understanding basic company organization, working relationships, and business partner roles and responsibilities are important as this position will work closely with other assistants across AWS, Amazon more broadly, and partner and customer teams.

Key responsibilities include:
· High level management and prioritization of multiple complex calendars and scheduling requirements
· Attend key meetings in order to track and help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items
· Organize/coordinate team activities and support functions (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, supply ordering)
· Manage domestic and international travel
· Expense Reports
· Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
· Proactively address, assist and direct inquiries or actionable items
· Delegate actionable items and responsibilities appropriately
· Cross support and backup for other team/org EAs
· Have fun at work and help others do the same

Ideal candidate profile


· Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Excellent communication skills, including high proficiency in written English
· Ability to work overtime, as needed
