Amazon is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer obsessed Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership of Amazon's Global Corporate Affairs organization. This position will report directly

to the Senior Administrative Professional, and assist in providing collaborative support of management activities and operations for the C-level office and overall organization.

The successful candidate will exercise grace under pressure, thrive in a team environment, be resourceful, and possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly. They will react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. This position requires outstanding time management skills and the ability to build effective and trust-based working relationships across the company. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders inside and outside the company are critical. Organizational awareness, accurate prioritization skills, and superior attention to detail are indispensable.

Responsibilities include managing a high-level calendar with extensive travel, reconciliation of expense reports, owning and managing team communication lists and groups, assisting with logistics for meetings and off-sites, day-to-day office requests including meals and errands, providing back-up support to the Senior EA, and working collaboratively with assistants throughout the department, Amazon, and outside of Amazon. This role will be ever-evolving to continually meet the demands of a C-level office, and requires someone with the vision to help develop recommendations that contribute to a dynamic, well-run workplace.

Ideal candidate profile


3+ years executive support in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency with Outlook
Experience with planning extensive travel
Proficiency with Concur travel and expense reporting
Customer Service background
Bachelor's Degree
