The Amazon Pay's Payment Experience and Controls team is looking for a compliance professional with marketplace payment experience. As a member of this team, you'll find innovative ways to weave compliance into our products. Amazon Pay allows Amazon accountholders to login, pay and get items shipped to their preferred destinations on a merchant's website securely using their payment and address information that is stored on their Amazon account. Responsibilities
· Partner with various teams to identify external compliance requirements.
· Review product design solutions, drive compliance testing requirements, review testing results.
· Identify targeted and ongoing compliance monitoring and testing.
· Drive change management to ensure compliance requirements are re-assessed.
· Analyze data-sets to identify, prioritize, and address risks and opportunities; drive standardization and continuous improvement.
· Identify, implement, and measure process improvements that enhance and optimize the control environment, consolidate bespoke processes, and scale with growth.
· Ensure risk assessment and control frameworks are in place and running effectively and efficiently.
· Develop SOPs and applicable policies.
· Preparing periodic reports summarizing the risk and control environment for management.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 5 years compliance, regulatory, banking or similar experience.
· Minimum 3 years managing compliance programs for regulated e-commerce activities.
· Strong and effective leadership skills and ability to operate comfortably within a complex cultural, cross-team, global environment.
· Possess sound judgment, flexibility and nimbleness in changing courses and solving problems swiftly.
· Strong project management skills.
· Ability to multitask effortlessly and manage competing priorities under demanding deadlines.
· Strong computer knowledge; excellent MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills.
· Superior verbal and written communication skills.
· Operate with strong integrity with the ability to handle projects of a sensitive and confidential nature.
