Over 2 million sellers in 11 countries (and growing) list their products for sale on Amazon Marketplace. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon's ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the earth's largest selection and lowest prices. These Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique SKUs, providing a broad and diverse inventory of products from Books, Electronics, Apparel, Consumables and beyond.

We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern with outstanding analytical and modeling abilities, excellent communication skills, good business understanding. The successful candidate will be an analytical problem solver who enjoys diving into data, is excited about investigating business inputs/outputs, can multi-task, and can work on time sensitive projects.

During a 6 months internship at Amazon, you will play a significant role creating a best-in-class seller and customer experience. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will be required to work autonomously, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.

The intern will be supporting the finance team in analyzing Selection metrics performance.

Internships will start in late Dec 17/ beg Jan 2018.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate profile:
We are looking for analytical, data driven and detail oriented Italian and English speaker talents, with great sense of ownership, willingness to learn fast and with great enthusiasm for e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be innovative and team oriented, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities

Basic Qualifications:
· University Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Business Administration (graduation date within 12 months);
· Available to start in late Dec or Jan
· Excellent academic records;
· Extremely analytical and passionate about e-commerce;
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English;
· Ability to learn fast and successfully manage multiple projects at one time;
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
