DESCRIPTION

As e-commerce leader, Amazon reinvents its business and processes continuously. To drive these changes, Amazon is constantly on the lookout for talents. We are looking for smart, pro-active and customer oriented individuals to join our Amazon Internship Program in Italy,Milan office.

During a 6 months internship at Amazon, you will play a significant role creating a best-in-class seller and customer experience. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will be required to work autonomously, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.

Below some examples of projects the Intern will be responsible for:
- Working with the IntraEU PM to develop a growth strategy for EU Sellers selling across Europe.
- Create/improve daily/weekly reporting on team performance to increase awarness of the team on DSR actuals vs. goal.
- Improve lead generation on all FBA programs (Pan-EU FBA in particular) both in term of methodology and process (e.g. lead assignment, tracking).
- Support the expansion of the "Made in Italy" seller business on the European\US\JP Amazon websites.
- Build a Selection dashboard 2.0 that has multiple views of 3P Selection.

Internships will start in April 2017.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate profile:
We are looking for analytical, data driven and detail oriented Italian and English speaker talents, with great sense of ownership, willingness to learn fast and with great enthusiasm for e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be innovative and team oriented, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities

Basic Qualifications:
· University Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Business Administration or Marketing (graduation date within 12 months);
· Excellent academic records;
· Extremely analytical and passionate about e-commerce;
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English;
· Ability to learn fast and successfully manage multiple projects at one time;
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
