As a part of the Product Security Team, we help AWS launch brand new features and services securely. We are looking for a highly organized Pentest Program Manager to work across organizations to orchestrate security assessments (penetration tests). You will be responsible for coordinating with developers and security engineers to ensure assessments are completed successfully. You will also provide input to process improvements, tooling, and performance metrics for your program's performance.

The successful candidate must be comfortable interacting with technical leaders, leveraging clinical communication skills to ensure security assessments run smoothly, and problems are broadly communicated and quickly addressed. You will provide oversight to security assessments across all AWS services and will interact with industry leading professionals across the entire company.

By applying your hard-earned years of practical program management expertise, you will foster constructive dialogue and seek resolution when confronted with logistical problems. You will need a combination of troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and quickly switch context between active assessments and projects. Responsibilities:
· Orchestrating penetration tests for AWS features and services
· Gathering and organizing logistical information
· Scheduling and leading security assessment related meetings
· Communicating and reporting security assessment status
· Escalating assessment blockers to technical and business leaders
· Process improvement for your immediate team and partner teams
· Security guidance documentation
· Security metrics delivery and improvements
· Management of third party vendors

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
· Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management, Security Management, Business Administration, Informatics, or other related analytical fields or equivalent work experience
· At least 4 years of relevant work experience in program management and process improvement in digital/high-technology companies or related fields.
· A minimum 3 years expereince driving cross-functional teams to communicate with colleagues and customers in both business and technical roles while developing processes that drive scale.
· A minimum of 4 years' experience in business, strategy, or security consulting or advisory work in in support of a highly technical environment.
