Billing Program Project Manager
Amazon Advertising is looking for a program manager to manage billing and reconciliation, provide ongoing auditing support, drive BAR tool enhancements and provide general financial reporting for Amazon Advertising– North America.

Responsibilities may include:
* Creation and delivery of a road map to drive down manual and error prone adjustments
* Stand up and deliver metrics on the billing workflows.
* Monthly Billing and Account Reconciliation (BAR) administration
* Managing BAR access
* New Hire BAR training
* Billing support
* Act as an internal resource for the principles of lean and process excellence working closely with corporate partners on network solutions.
* Representing CST-NA during internal and external audit reviews
* Drive automation of quarterly audit delivery report
* Drive and ensure completion of all CST-NA action items on time
* As requested and in coordination with legal, provide Ernst & Young with a list of all Account Managers, Campaigns, Billing System Screenshots, Insertion Orders, etc. during a selected period
*Gain consensus to push change forward while keeping variation between sites and business verticals to a minimum.
* Ongoing engagement with the release management team to provide guidance on audit controls certain product/process changes.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Program Management Experience Driving large scale changes
· Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or 2+ years of Amazon experience
· 3+ years of work experience with process/product improvements and business analysis
· Strong experience in project management and facilitation of process improvement initiatives across business operations and technology
· Ability to write SQL scripts to pull and analyze data sets
