Missions :
In close coordination with your team, you are responsible for recruiting qualified personnel for our customers for all industries.
In particular, you will:
Define staffing requirements in collaboration with managers
Advertise and source candidates on different job boards and social networks
Follow up applications and recruitment process
Conduct telephone pre-screening interviews
Conduct physical interviews in collaboration with managers
Working in collaboration with key business areas and stakeholders to support the full recruitment cycle
Profil :
Graduate from a business school or university, specializing in human resources or business administration
A first significant experience in recruitment desired
Fluent in German and English with practical experience in German (B2 minimum required)
Excellent communication skills, initiative and flexibility
Proactive and result-oriented
