OBJECTIVE OF THE MISSION :

The Operations Analyst Trainee is a key member of the team, assisting in the team with analytical support. Primary responsibilities are focused on supporting the department through the management and creation of tools, analysis and publishing reports including KPI specific reports. The analyst must be comfortable with being in high demand and handling numerous tasks or initiatives simultaneously. She/he must be able to execute tasks with minimal supervision while also playing a support role when needed. We rely on the analyst to be analytical and detail-oriented, yet have a sense of vision and possibilities for this role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

•Support department or function’s operations through metrics and analysis
•Manage and improve Team tools including planning/tracking tools, incident logging and resolution tracker, KPI scorecard and initiative tracker
•Monitor team performance ex. savings, operational KPIs, error metrics
•Manage and execute improvements to current ordering tools and processes
•Communicate with various department or function to execute projects

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE :

•0-1 years of experience in an analytical role
•Excellent analytical problem solving
•Good English level
•Strong Excel skills
