We are looking for a Working Student in Underwriting Integrity & Solution (m/f/d), based in Munich.
Your Team
The Underwriting Integrity & Solution team is committed to shaping and maintaining a holistic, efficient, and effective Underwriting Governance Framework for Allianz Commercial
The Impact You Will Have
You will support our team, and work in an international environment. Together with our experts, you will have the opportunity to get an end-to-end insight into how Allianz Commercial is operating globally, from underwriting specific topics from a governance perspective to project work on a global level. Allianz embraces a new way of working and offers a hybrid working model with remote working possibilities.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
Assume an active role in global underwriting-related Allianz Commercial projects
Support the team in ensuring that solid governance processes are in place for Allianz Commercial, this includes communicating to all Allianz Commercial entities and maintaining strong collaboration with all board areas within AGCS.
Support the team in driving continuous improvement of underwriting governance processes and ensure adherence to those processes (e.g., monitoring reviews, authority framework)
Support the team with various operational tasks (e.g., planning, coordination, preparation of materials, etc) as required.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Currently studying Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Law, or any other related field.
Previous project-related working experience, ideally in the (re-)insurance industry would be a plus.
High accuracy, reliability, pro-activeness, and working independently.
Good communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a professional, international working environment.
Business fluent in English (reading and writing).
The ability to utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and contribute to data-driven decision-making is valuable.
Further Information:
Start as soon as possible, duration minimum of 6 months.
Working hours: 20 hours/week
Enrollment at university is a requirement for the duration of the employment.
